Return Process

  Log into your Meena Bazaar account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  Quality Check & Packing

  Place the item in its original packaging with all brand tags, invoices, and accessories included to ensure a smooth inspection process.

  Reverse Pickup

  Our logistics partner will schedule a pickup from your delivery address within 24-48 hours of your request being approved.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the product reaches our warehouse and passes the quality audit, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or store wallet within 5-7 business days.
